Details of investigation: 
The San Diego United States Attorney Office (USAO), and the San Diego High-Tech Crimes Task Force (CATCH) have asked the ICE RAC/Pittsburgh for investigative assistance with an organization known as "ELITETORRENTS". ELITETORRENTS provides online trading of copyrighted material protected by Intellectual Property Rights. The ELITETORRENTS organization has over 130,000 members worldwide. This investigation focuses on the individuals who administer and provide the copyrighted media. The ICE SAC/San Diego in conjunction with the CATCH Task Force has requested that the ICE RAC/Pittsburgh assist in the execution of coordinated search warrants in Erie, Pennsylvania. 

On May 25, 2005 ICE Special Agent **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and FBI Special Agent **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** conducted a interview of **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** in his residence located at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  The following is a summary of the interview conducted by ICE Agent **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and FBI Agent **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  FBI Agent **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** wrote the following summary.


**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, male, white, Date of Birth, (DOB) **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, Social Security Account Number (SSAN) **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, home address **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, home telephone number 814/824-**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, employed as **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c** located on **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c** work telephone number 814/ **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** currently **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was interviewed at his residence. Agents and personnel from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the FBI were present at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** residence to execute a search warrant. The warrant is from the United States District Court, Western District of Pennsylvania, issued on 05/23/2005 by U.S. Magistrate Judge Susan Paradise Baxter. After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** provided the following information: 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was given a copy of the face of the warrant and Attachment 'A which listed the property believed to be at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** residence. After providing **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** an opportunity to read the warrant and the attachment, the reporting Agent asked **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** if he knew why Agents were at his residence, to which he responded he did.
