After **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** provided his descriptive data and stated he was not on any medication nor under a doctor's care, he was read his rights from a United States Customs Service 'Statement of Rights' form. The reporting Agent advised **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** he was not under arrest. The reporting Agent read each paragraph from the 'Statement of Rights' form and asked **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**, if he understood what it meant. 
**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** replied in the affirmative for each paragraph. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** waived his rights and signed the 'Statement of Rights' form at 7:21 AM on 05/25/2005. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked what Agents were going to find on his computers. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated "a little bit of everything." **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he has the following on his computers: music, movies, and games (to include computer games, Play Station games, and XBox games). 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated he does not engage in carding. The only credit card numbers on **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** computers would be his own. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he does not sell copyrighted materials.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated he has considered doing this but never acted on it. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised the following would be copyrighted content on his computers: movies, music, software, games, tv shows, and dvds. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he is familiar with Warez groups, but is not involved in one. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated he is willing to assist future investigations by giving directions to Warez distribution sites. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated he is involved in peer-to-peer networks. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he uses FlashFXP on his computers to send copyrighted materials back and forth on the Elite Torrents (ET) website. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he does not have encrypted files on his computers. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he uses the following online nick-names: **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** does not use an ident. 

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated his email address for Yahoo is **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  The password for this account is **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised he uses an additional server for his website **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** pays $5/month for this server. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** could not recall the IP address for the server and did not know the server's location. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated Equaweb is the company operating the server. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised
