in the top 5 of uploaders, the same for **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** but only because it was a shared account.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was a poweruser prior to becoming an uploader, and had his account information of amount of content transferred zeroed out or deleted.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was not aware of anyone else whose account that was
modified.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked why people participated in ET. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** explained that everyone belonged to ET to download content, and stated "why else would anyone be there."  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked if he had any information on some of the recently mentioned members.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** believed that was a 17 year old male, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was in her 30's, had a few kids, and had her picture in her profile on ET.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was considered to be an idiot who no-one liked and was considered to be very immature.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** recounted that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had told **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** sold access to files.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** admitted that he sold SW3 and bragged about how much money he made.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was adamant about not selling anything related to downloaded content.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had an open File Transfer Protocol (FTP) server running on his
personal computer, which he gave access to other uploaders to send or copy files. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would exchange files via FTP.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** ran a 100 Mb/s dump site named Slackers located either at the Planet or at Layered Tech, both are ISP’s which house pirate sites. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** personal website was housed at Equaweb.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** gave access to servers he had at Fused Network.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** accessed **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** site using FlashFXP and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** account.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would download files to his computer to seed. If the file was too large, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would seed from **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** server. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would get access to one of **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** servers from time to time, and only for a few days at a time to seed these files.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** never provided content to other uploaders for them to seed.

The content which was released through the site was created from known release groups, with the exception of SW3, which came out of Lucas Films. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** did not know who had obtained the first copy of SW3. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** downloaded SW3 and seeded it from his home computer.

Because **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was such a good uploader, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** asked that he monitor the other uploaders. Uploaders could FTP to **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** server to obtain material and seed from their location or personal server. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would seed from **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** server a few times a month.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** estimated that he uploaded 10 movies, lots of music and maybe some software.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had 5 hard drives with approximately 600 Gigabytes (GB) of data. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would download or rent movies or games from stores and
