While an administrator. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** created numerous accounts with different access levels to experiment with the access these accounts possessed. All of the files **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** downloaded are located in the My Documents folder on his computer. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** never downloaded child pornography or credit card information. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked to describe the intent of the ET website. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated that people would sign up on the website, and would search for torrents to download to obtain content. Once they started acquiring content, they were required to make the content available to other members until their sharing ratio was greater than 1. The web site tracked the ratios in the background of the site. If members did not keep a good ratio, of at least 1, they would get banned. The higher the ratio the members had allowed them to access more torrents. This higher access to additional torrents was why **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had created the additional accounts. The speed of the members was very important to share the file, and the speed of the uploaders was extremely important. The roll of the uploaders was not only to release the files, but have a fast enough connection to get those files out quickly. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would monitor the upload and download speeds of members, and when it appeared that someone had a fast connection, he would contact them about being an uploader. Some administrators and uploaders had a server they utilized for gettin content. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and one other member had a fast server, while **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had a smaller server, which he used to seed smaller files. Sometime around October 2004. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was given access to the programing script of the website. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** admitted that he did not have any programing knowledge, so he checked and corrected the grammar on the ET website.
