for access to the content he had on his server.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** never tried to have anyone pay for access and the access to ET was free.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked what was asked of him to be an uploader.  He responded that uploaders needed to seed one or two items per week, which he exceeded all the time.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** admitted that he knew what he was doing was illegal, but it didn't stop him.  He also knew that once content was seeded, it would be downloaded numerous times.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** described his computer skill as very savvy. He has worked with
computers since he was 12 and has had various jobs working with and utilizing computers. He is currently marketing through a software developing company overseas and considers himself to be self employed for the last five years. Located on some of the computers seized from his home include source code for programs and web pages.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was running a business on his computers and will have the last 4 digits of peoples credit cards for refund purposes only.
Upon review of the hard drives, the items that will be found are programs that he downloaded and installed, including operating system software, movies, music and computer games.

The last contact **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** has had with any other ET member was with **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** a few weeks ago via ICQ chat.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** said his house was searched and had his computers seized.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** got an attorney and told about the meeting **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** had with the Government, but would not discuss any specifics.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** said that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was also hit with a warrant, and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was currently helping **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** with his online business.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** spoke to **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**  who said he wasn’t served and is laying low and taking it easy.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** asked to talk about the Star Wars Episode III (SW3) release on
ET.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** stated that he had stopped participating with ET by the time of the SW3 release. He remembered there was talk of the release in the chat channels, but does not remember anything specific. On the day or the raid, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** went to a store and purchased a new computer. Since the raid **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** has not participated in the chat channels.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked to provide any additional information on the following listed ET members.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was in **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and uploaded a fair amount of content.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** did **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and shared photos of the equipment which was located in his home.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** believed that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** were the same person.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** believed that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** changed his name to **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and then to **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** believed that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** lived in **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** but was not online as much as the other main members.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** worked at **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and had a dedicated server at FDCServers.  **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** resold server space to other uploads including **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)**.  When **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** informed **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** that his server had been taken down and advised that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** get an attorney, **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** just decided to stop participating in the
