uploader. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would upload 5 or more TV shows at a time but never chatted on the IRC channels. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was an administrator for the ET website, and site operator for the IRC channel. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** believed that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** would talk to **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** on a regular basis.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** was asked what types of software he downloaded, and he responded all types including operating system (OS) software such as Windows XP. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** estimated that 4 to 5 of his computers had illegal OS software running on
them. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** kept most of the movies he downloaded and loaded the software on several of the computers in his home. **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** asked if he could obtain the photos of his kids on his wife's laptop because they are the only copies
they had.

**REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** advised the interviewers that **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** has a civil suit against **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** for his client, the **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** for a sum of $50,000. They estimated a charge of $750 per infringement, and he is cooperating with the civil case by entering into an injunction with the **REDACTED (b)(6), (b)(7)c, (k)(2)** and the movie studios.
